Some of our staff have been part of the Fable family for more than ten years. This fundraiser helps them with everyday essentials as they move into new work, with a portion set aside to explore bringing Fable back as a food truck or pop-up.

About Us
Fable Diner began as the presentation of an opportunity and has grown into part of the community.
We strive to connect with the history of our location in the historic Lee Building and carry on new traditions in the amazing neighborhood of Mount Pleasant. We live in a vibrant, knowledgeable interconnected community and we pride ourselves on being welcoming and given the opportunity to be a part of it. Our goal is simple: to search out and use local ingredients and suppliers and make in-house what we can in order to offer high-quality, tasty meals and cocktails at affordable prices.
We believe in four walls marketing and that every guest matters. We also put hospitality first. If you do not love what you do search for something that makes you happy. We have changed and will adapt like many other restaurants and business but we will always hold our core values front and centre. We are people driven, have integrity, are quality focused and community based. We are excited for the next chapter of Fable Diner, the next chapter of Main & Broadway and the next chapter of Mount Pleasant. We want to be here for many years to come and be a place Vancouver can be proud of.
